My Experience
HackerRank
Before joining full time, I was SDE Intern at HackerRank.
Dineout
Before HackerRank, I interned at Dineout where I worked on revamping application UIs with ReactJS and developing models to rank restaurants.
Google Summer of Code
I have also been Student Software Developer under Google Summer of Code'22 for CHAOSS (Community Health Analytics in Open Source Software). I contributed to building access and entitlement features for their project, Augur.
How It All Started
π©π»βπ» Ever since my school days, I was amazed by the explosion of android/web apps. It seemed like every day, there was a new app popping up with cool features. I couldn't help but wonder how it all worked behind the scenes β even the little things like that satisfying green tick after making a payment. That curiosity sparked my journey to becoming an engineer. In college, I started teaching myself how to code. When the pandemic hit, I used the time and took that as an opportunity to dive even deeper into learning and honing my skills. Along the way, I got involved in open-source projects, contributed to some awesome initiatives, and even had the incredible opportunity to participate in Google Summer of Code.
